Welcome to On the Fly—the first-ever Crowd Work Only comedy show at the Montford rooftop bar, where the jokes are made up on the spot and you might be the special of the night. Hosted by local comedians Cayla Clark and Ryan Gordon, this off-the-cuff stand-up experience features Asheville favorites Jordan Ballard, Justin Blackburn, Sarah Love, and Julia Macias—no sets, no filters, just pure table-to-table chaos.

It all goes down Monday, June 23 at 9PM, smack in the middle of Montford's Industry Night—when Asheville’s service workers clock out and turn TF up. Whether you’re FOH, BOH, or just here for the well drinks and verbal well-done, come see what happens when comics are deep in the weeds without a setlist to save them. PLUS!
